Speaking of Standards

Welcome to “Speaking of Standards”, Voxeo’s weblog about industry standards.  In these pages, we will be talking about our views on standards, upcoming events, standards of interest to us, tutorials about standards and anything else we generally think fits into the category.

The primary authors here will be:

RJ Auburn – RJ is the CTO of Voxeo and also chair of the W3C Working Group on CCXML.

Dan York - Dan is the Director of Emerging Communication Technology within the Office of the CTO (working for RJ) and will primarily be writing here about the IETF and things related to SIP.

Dan Burnett – Dan is the Director of Speech Technologies within the Office of the CTO (also working for RJ) and will be writing here about standards related to speech such as SSML.
