Unified Self-Service

Mashable.com recently published a great “infographic” showing the rise of text messaging over the past years as a series of drawings and interesting factoids. It has some numbers that are quite amazing… and concludes with the point that in 2009 over 5 trillion text messages were sent.

Kudos to Mashable for coming up with a fun way to present the information!
