		<description>Interesting.  I would have expected that CPS would have at least figured into DOS planning.  It certainly makes sense.  As my "data" guys keep harping, bandwidth is not an issue (of course, I'm focused more on the LAN environment).  Since most of the traffic is peer-to-peer once the call is in progress, so call setup should be the principle load on the IP switch.  The limit on the switch would naturally show up in the CPS.
