We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to expand our team in the Cologne office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and contact new potential customers and prospects and decision makers
  • Pre-qualification of contacts for the EMEA field sales team
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns, events, and other special programs
  • Schedule and administrate face-to-face meetings for the sales team
  • Update and maintain the CRM database
  • Utilize lead lists to contact prospective customers, sharing information about Voxeo products and core values

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in telesales and / or  experience in sales
  • Proven success in making a high volume of phone calls prospecting new opportunities
  • First experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel
  • First experience in marketing automation tools such as ConstantContact
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, a third language would be a plus
  • Persistence and proactivity
  • Computer skills in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and others.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer with significant experience in IVR technology to expand our Engineering Team in Cologne.

Key Responsibilities include:

 - Design, create and maintain reports for multiple BI vendor tools as part of our Analyzer product 

 - Design, develop, maintain and augment the database schema for our Infostore product 

 - Work closely with our globally distributed set of engineers to integrate with other product components 

 - Work closely with our Support team to help customers gain maximum benefit from our products

Requirements:

 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science 

 - At least two years of practical experience with at least one, preferably several, of the major BI tools (BusinessObjects, Microstrategy, Cognos, Oracle BI) 

 - At least 2 years of practical experience in one or more of the leading databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) in a Data Warehouse environment 

 - Excellent SQL knowledge including performance tuning 

 - Programming experience with Java or script languages such as Python is a definite plus
