We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to expand our team in the Cologne office.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and contact new potential customers and prospects and decision makers
- Pre-qualification of contacts for the EMEA field sales team
- Support marketing and sales campaigns, events, and other special programs
- Schedule and administrate face-to-face meetings for the sales team
- Update and maintain the CRM database
- Utilize lead lists to contact prospective customers, sharing information about Voxeo products and core values
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in telesales and / or experience in sales
- Proven success in making a high volume of phone calls prospecting new opportunities
- First experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel
- First experience in marketing automation tools such as ConstantContact
- Excellent language skills in German and English, a third language would be a plus
- Persistence and proactivity
- Computer skills in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
