Voxeo is underwriting ICMI’s 2013 Mobile Customer Service Strategy Research Study, and we’d like to invite you to participate and be a part of this research.

The aggregate results of the study are intended to assess what progress the customer service community currently has made in integrating web apps/native apps into their self-service offerings, and what plans are being made in this area for the year to come.

For your participation, the first 200 people to finish this survey will receive a $5 Starbucks Card via email if completed before November 2nd, 2012.
