Hear “Flip the Funnel” author, Joseph Jaffe, at Voxeo Customer Summit

“Flip the Funnel: How to Use Existing Customers to Gain New Ones,” is the third book from Jospeh Jaffe. In the book, Jaffe challenges the reader to flip everything they know – focusing on customer retention to the point where it becomes the new acquisition. In other words, Jaffe proposes that an intense focus on loyalty enables companies to realize the full potential of their customers as advocates, salespeople and affiliates.

We’re excited to hear Joseph discuss the ideas behind “Flip the Funnel” in his keynote presentation at Voxeo’s Unlocked and Loaded Customer Summit. A Rockin’ Location for Voxeo’s All Access Customer Summit

Hard Rock Hotel PoolVoxeo’s All Access Customer Summit promises guests the VIP treatment. The event will take place June 21-23 at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort. This ultra stylish hotel features fabulous meeting spaces, over $1 million of rock memorabilia, and a palm-lined pool with an underwater sound system and a 260-foot slide.

The hotel is a short walk or ferry ride to the Universal theme parks and Universal CityWalk, where you can enjoy live music at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville,  sing along with dueling piano players at Pat O’Brien’s, and so much more. Guests at any of the three Universal Orlando Resort properties can use their room keys as an Express Pass to skip lines for select park attractions.

On Tuesday night, Summit attendees are invited to dinner and a VIP Blue Man Group Experience. On Wednesday, we’ll provide transportation to downtown Orlando for a tour of our office and data center, followed by dinner with Voxeo executives.
